190 live ads, 373 creative variants and 31 transcribed videos, taken apart. A live webinar funnel selling Walmart Marketplace reselling, and one of the cleanest creative-testing operations we have pulled apart.
Two pages. His personal page, "Will Rivera - Felony At 17 To 7 Figures At 21", carries 10 ads. The brand page, Ecom Degree University, carries the machine.
183 of the 190 ads started this month. This is not a slow burn account, it is a hard scale. He has taken a working funnel and thrown creative at it in volume.
His own public numbers, from his X account: $1,995 paid on the webinar, $5,800 to $20,000+ paid on the backend, ascending 46%+ of webinar buyers into high ticket with no additional ad spend. He claims $30M+ in under two years. Treat those as his claims, not verified figures.

This is the single most useful thing in the teardown. He has 14 distinct body copies. One of them is attached to 138 of 190 ads and 305 of 373 creative variants.
Most people run ten pieces of copy against ten videos and learn nothing, because every cell changes at once. He has frozen the message and is running hundreds of creatives through it. Every win or loss is attributable to the video.
Our own Jaap account did the opposite: 17 ads, many angles, six of which spent money and returned zero registrations. Freezing the control is the fix.
"Walmart is quietly becoming one of the most interesting marketplaces for online sellers in 2026. While Amazon and Shopify get most of the attention, Walmart Marketplace is still a platform many people don't fully understand. And the opportunity works differently than most people think. In this week's free Walmart Marketplace training, I'm breaking down: • How selling on Walmart Marketplace works • How sellers find products to list • How Walmart fulfillment works • The numbers behind a typical product • How to evaluate whether the model makes sense for you. If you've been curious about selling products online but want to understand the Walmart model first, this training will walk you through it."
"🚨 REPORT: A growing wave of young adults is cashing in on a hidden Walmart income loophole the public hasn't caught onto yet. While most people are still chasing saturated Amazon or Shopify side hustles, early adopters are quietly earning $5k-$10k/month from a marketplace that's still wide open. Experts say the real advantage isn't talent or experience... it's timing. And Walmart in 2026 looks like Amazon in 2015. A free breakdown of the strategy is being released in this week's Walmart Passive Income Webinar."
"Comment 'Walmart' and I'll send you a full guide on getting started. Selling on Walmart is one of the simplest ways to build additional cash flow in 2026: We just resell brand name products that are already selling on Walmart. Walmart has millions of products for sale but they're only able to stock and sell about 30% of their products. For the other 70%, they need resellers like us... 1/ Set up an LLC & a professional Walmart Seller account. 2/ Find products already selling. I use ScanProfit (Free). Existing brand of products, 200+ sales/month, 3+ WFS sellers on the listing. 3/ Check the worst case..."
"You've probably seen my ads before. But don't take my word for it. Listen to the people who actually joined Ecom Degree, learned the business, and put in the work. These are real students sharing their real experiences. If you've been watching from the sidelines and want to understand exactly how this works, come see it for yourself."

So yes. Proof is his warm-audience play, and the cold play is education. The Ad Library will not confirm audience targeting directly, but the copy, the variant count and the launch pattern all say the same thing.
31 of his videos downloaded and transcribed locally with Whisper. Every quote below is verbatim from the audio.

Those top three frames are the same video, same B-roll, same listicle: "10 'Boring' Walmart Products (That Actually Make People Rich)". The only thing that changes is how the number is written. One version says "Dawn Platinum Dish Soap – $2,847/mo". The other says "Dawn Platinum Dish Soap – 2,847 units/mo".
He is A/B testing whether a dollar figure or a unit figure pulls better, with everything else held identical. That is a level of testing discipline almost nobody in this market has.
| Format | What it is | Verbatim opening |
|---|---|---|
| Screen share demo | He shops on Walmart's site and shows the margin live | "Watch this. I'm about to find a product on Walmart's website. I'm not building a brand. I'm not inventing anything. I'm just going shopping." |
| Objection interview | Someone else interviews him and asks the hostile question | "All right Will, it's all love bro, but I'm kind of tired of seeing your face. It's been years now. First it was Shopify, then Amazon, and now you're talking about Walmart. What's changed?" |
| Contrarian educational | Attacks the free alternative | "The reason you're not making money online yet is because you're watching YouTube videos." |
| Self selecting hook | Names the income bracket in line one | "If you make less than $50 an hour, you should keep watching this ad, because you can make more money selling cockroach gel than you make at your job." |
| Relatable pain | Shows the harder version of the same dream | "I just dropped off like 30 packages to ship to customers... the sourcing, the packaging, the trips, all the time. But this is my last drop." |
| Analogy | One image that carries the whole thesis | "Imagine two vending machines side by side. Same snacks, same price. One has a line of two million people. The other one, nobody." |
| Skit | Family scenes, grandma and grandpa angles | "My grandpa retired and he's just been sitting around the crib... the other day he showed me his phone and he's up like 7k for the month." |
| Student testimonial | Named students, specific numbers | "I just actually hit 44k this month in my sales. I started three months ago." |
| Lifestyle | The flex, used sparingly | "Me and my fiancée just purchased this wide body 2026 Rolls Royce Cullinan." |
"There are over 200 million people shopping at Walmart right now, but there's only 200,000 suppliers."
That supply and demand gap appears in at least five of the 31 transcripts, restated as a stat, as an analogy, as a comparison to Amazon's 10 million sellers, and as a timing argument. One idea, nine formats. He is not looking for a new message, he is looking for a new way to deliver the same one.
| # | Steal | Why |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Freeze one control body, test creative against it. | 82% of his account runs one body. Every result is attributable. This is directly fixable on our own launches. |
| 2 | Keep the income claim out of the control. | His control is a syllabus with no promise. The claim lives in a separate advertorial body. That is good copy and good legal hygiene. |
| 3 | Bribe the show-up, not the signup. | "Show up LIVE to secure your free checklist." Our own data says show up is worth about three times the pitch. |
| 4 | Run proof at warm, education at cold. | Testimonials to people who already saw you, teaching to people who have not. Two jobs, two audiences. |
| 5 | Let someone else ask the hostile question on camera. | "I'm tired of seeing your face, first Shopify then Amazon now Walmart" handles the guru objection better than any rebuttal he could write himself. |
| 6 | Split test how a number is written. | $2,847/mo versus 2,847 units/mo, same video. Nobody tests at this resolution. |
| 7 | One idea, many formats. | The 200M shoppers versus 200k sellers stat carries the whole account. Repetition past your own boredom. |
